Switch your car keys to a pair of comfy shoes in the morning, climb stairs instead of using the elevator, and choose that little longer way through that beautiful park when going home at the end of the day. Decisions like these can lead to taking more and more steps and keeping you active all day. This game is a fun way of motivating yourself and your team to live healthier.
These rules and requirements are just suggestions. This is this activity is done best. Of course, you can choose to have your own rules.
The rules are very simple: walk whenever you have the chance, and track how much you walk per month. The person who takes the most steps within one month wins. Of course every contestants start the challenge at the same time on the same day.
The person who takes the most steps, or most number of kilometres in one month's time wins (it's up to you, which do you pick). The collected number of steps, or the collected kilometres will be the score in Battlejungle.
