Health Month is a new 28-day long challenge which encourages co-workers to settle new habits and become healthier day by day. The system is completely automatized. You get daily reminders to keep you up to date. All you need to do is clicking on the cards and collect as many points as you can. It takes less than 1 minute per day, but the result at the end of the month is unmeasurable! It is not an excessively big effort to do for your health, is it?
These rules and requirements are just suggestions. This is this activity is done best. Of course, you can choose to have your own rules.
The aim is to tick as many boxes in one day as you can. There are three categories: nutrition, sports and lifestyle. At the end of the day you get a daily reminder, to make sure you don’t forget to set your results. This is as easy as it sounds. For example, if your breakfast contains fruits and you play soccer after work with your friends that means, you can tick 3 boxes at the end of your day: Fruits and Vegetables, Eat breakfast and Play ball games boxes.
