We designed our subscription plans to be able to meet a variety of needs. In order to make the decision-making process easier, here is more information about the plans and the types of companies who would use them:
Starter
Just as the name implies, the Starter plan is the bare minimum. With the ability to create unlimited number of events, generate activity landing pages, and no access to all activities at Battlejungle Store, this plan is suited for those looking for an easy solution for manage all their engagement activities online and organise popular office tournaments.
Main features: manage all company events in one place, automated reminders and notifications, gamification package.
Best suited for: small groups, creative teams and startups under 50 employees.
Professional
Our Professional plan is designed for SMEs who are committed to create an awesome workplace and looking for an ultimate solution for managing their engagement activities online. Admins can create news and polls and get statistics about all their events. With this plan, it is possible to customize the Dashboard and upload their company logos. This is also a great plan for researchers to get their feet wet before deciding to purchase an Enterprise Plan.
Main features: access to all communication features, right to purchase any activities from the Battlejungle Store, download data, unlimited events.
Best suited for: medium size organisations who are often organising engagement activities, and testing out the features of the system before purchasing the Enterprise Plan.
Enterprise
The Enterprise plan is the total package. Motivate and reaching employees and gathering data has never been easier.
Main features: managing multiple offices and accounts, dedicated subdomain, priority support.
Best suited for: companies with 200+ employees, major startups and large communities.
We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you don't have a credit card, we accept PayPal and wire transfers. If you have any questions, please contact our sales team at sales@battlejungle.com.
I don't have permission to accept your agreement. It has to go through our legal department. How do I go about this?
Our sales team can send you an agreement for your legal team to sign. Once it's signed, we'll enable access to Battlejungle so you can proceed with the next step. If you would like us to send you this aggreement, please, let us know at sales@battlejungle.com address.
Definitely! You can find some useful materials on our Downloads page that could help You to convince your team. If you need more help, please, write us an email about the kind of help you need to sales@battlejungle.com, and we'll get you the right information.
Your annual and monthly plans will automatically renew until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time. Bear in mind that this will immediately restrict your access to paid features. You will be notified 30 days before your annual plan is set to renew. At this time, you can change your annual plan for the next year; otherwise, it will renew for the same package. You could also choose not to renew your annual plan.
We try to keep refunds simple for users. If you signed up for the annual plan and changed your mind, let us know within 30 days and we'll be happy to refund you. If you signed up for the month-to-month plan, please let us know within 72 hours. If for any reason, you're unhappy with Battlejungle, please let us know.
